John son of Nathaniel lived at one time in [Susanna's] fathers house on Scribner Hill, where Cornelius Cleveland since lived. He bought of John Williams Sept. 9, 1807 for $300 lot 28.

Scribner, Daniel, son of Edward, b. 1748, d. Jan. 1, 1812.
He was twice married but had no children by his first wife. He
m. 2nd Sarah Goodale of Waterboro, she d. Feb. 7, 1859, a. 89.
He was first taxed in 1797, but probably did not bring his family
until after 1801 as his dau. Sarah was b. in Waterboro, Sept.
9, 1801. He lived on Scribner Hill on the place where Cornelius
Cleveland since lived.

Also, according to the History of Otisfield, Daniel had a brother Samuel who married Sarah Bucknell. They lived in Waterboro.
